Payment and prices
The individual and current total price for your order is summed up in an order confirmation, including any charges for shipping and payment, as well as VAT.
We offer the following payment methods:
- Invoice payment to bank giro 471-2220. When paying from abroad: IBAN: SE87 8000 0843 1905 3034 8853, BIC: SWEDSESS, Swedbank AB, 105 34 Stockholm. An agreement is made with each order whether the purchase is to be paid in advance, paid within 14 days or 30 days.
- Cash on delivery. Only for deliveries in Sweden.
Deliveries and returns
We offer the following delivery methods:
- Preferably Schenker, Postnord, DHL. You as the customer decide which of these carriers we shall use and to which address the order shall be sent. The shipping price is calculated for each order and is communicated in response to the inquiry and/or in the order confirmation.
- Exworks. We book shipping on your carrier account, alternatively you book collection.
Items we have at home are dispatched from us within five working days. If the order is to be paid in advance, dispatch takes place after payment has been received.
If the request concerns an item we do not have in stock, a preliminary delivery time will be announced in response to the request.
If a delivery delay occurs, we will notify you of this by e-mail. You as a customer always have the right to cancel the purchase in case of delivery delays. We will do everything we can to fulfill your order. There may be occasions that make it impossible to fulfill the order, for example when our supplier or forwarder cannot fulfill their commitments to us. We reserve the right to exonerate ourselves from all compensation to the customer regarding delivery delays.
If packages are to be sent to countries outside Europe, Ex works applies.
Returns
Returns are at your own expense unless the item is defective or we have packed it incorrectly. Returns must be sent as a letter or package to Engine & Machinery Power AB, Verkstadsgatan 13, 671 34 Arvika, NOT cash on delivery. We will not pick up letters or packages sent to agents. In the case of exchanges, we pay the new shipping from us to you.
14 days open purchase
We comply with the Distance Contracts Act and thus you have the right to return ordered goods without giving any reason. You cancel your purchase by notifying us within 14 days of receiving your order (or most of it). The item must be returned well packaged, in good condition and in the original box.
If you, as a customer, have handled the item to a greater extent than is necessary to determine its properties or function and this has led to the returned item being of less value, we are entitled to deduct an amount corresponding to the item's reduction in value from the amount to be refunded. The reduction in value is assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Refund
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund what you have paid for the item as soon as possible or at the latest within 30 days from the day we received the item. You must pay the return costs yourself when you send the item back.
